Day 01: Arrive Islamabad
• Dinner
- Transfer to hotel/guest house on arrival
- Meet guide for trip briefing and gear check in afternoon
- Overnight stay in Islamabad
Day 02: Fly to Skardu
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Weather permitting: scenic flight to Skardu, seeing Nanga Parbat & K2
- In case of cancellation, drive approx. 10-12 hrs via Karakoram Highway to Chilas
- Overnight stay in Skardu/Chilas depending on travel
Day 03: Explore Skardu & Prepare for Trek
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Trek preparations and check-in at Skardu hotel
- Optional excursion to Kachura Lake
- Overnight stay in Skardu
Day 04: Drive to Askole (3000m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Jeep ride along Shigar & Braldu Valleys to Askole
- Cross rivers via suspension bridges, observe local villages
- Overnight camping at Askole
Day 05: Trek to Jula (3200m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Commence trek towards Jhola, cross Biafo Glacier snout
- Follow Braldu & Dumordo Rivers to camp
- Overnight camping at Jula
Day 06: Trek to Payu (3450m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Trek along riverside trails with views of Masherbrum Group
- Cross small glacial rivulets
- Overnight camping at Payu
Day 07: Rest Day at Payu
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Rest and prepare for glacier trek
- Observe preparation of meals and gear by crew
- Relax, read, and enjoy mountain views
Day 08: Trek to Khoburche (3930m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Approach glacier and navigate moraine trails
- Views of Paiju Peak, Trango, Uli Biaho, Cathedral Groups
- Overnight camping at Khoburche
Day 09: Trek to Urdukas (4050m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Easier day with trail along Baltoro Glacier
- Optional sightings of Great Trango and Broad Peak
- Overnight camping at Urdukas
Day 10: Trek to Goro II (4380m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Cross rugged glacier terrain to Goro II
- Overnight camping with views of surrounding peaks
Day 11: Trek to Concordia (4650m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Trek into Concordia with first views of K2 (weather permitting)
- Explore glaciers, ice towers, and surrounding peaks
- Overnight camping at Concordia
Day 12: Optional Broad Peak & K2 Base Camp
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Full-day excursion to K2 Base Camp and Gilkey Memorial
- Return to Concordia for overnight stay
Day 13: Return Trek: Goro II (4100m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Descend from Concordia to Goro II
- Overnight camping
Day 14: Trek to Khoburche (3795m) via Urdukas
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Continue descent, camp at Khoburche
Day 15: Trek to Payu (3450m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Cross Baltoro to north side beneath Uli Biaho Towers
- Overnight camping at Payu
Day 16: Trek via Panma Valley to Korofon
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Follow Braldu River downstream to Jhola/Korofon
- Overnight camping
Day 17: Final Trek to Askole (3000m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Complete trek and farewell to porters
- Overnight camping at Askole
Day 18: Drive to Skardu (2450m)
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Drive through Shigar Valley
- Afternoon sightseeing in Skardu
- Overnight stay at hotel
Day 19: Fly to Islamabad
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Weather permitting: flight to Islamabad
- In case of cancellation: drive to Chilas (8-10 hrs)
- Overnight stay at hotel
Day 20: Drive / Contingency Day
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Cushion day in case of delays, weather, or health issues
- Overnight stay in Islamabad
Day 21: Trip Concludes in Islamabad
